The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership is a highly successful Multi Academy Trust (MAT) encompassing 5 secondary schools, 11 primary schools, a Teaching School Hub, and School Centred Initial Teacher Training provider.

Our schools are based in North Birmingham, Tamworth, Lichfield, and North Warwickshire. A further secondary school and 2 primary schools will join the ATLP in the near future.

Site Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated Site Assistant to support our Operations & Estates team with a wide range of site, health and safety and estates functions.

The successful candidate will undertake duties including general site maintenance duties, responding to emergencies, maintaining security and health and safety. Providing an effective and efficient Operations & Estates support service to school must be a key priority for the successful candidates.

Experience in an education setting is not essential. Most importantly, you will need to demonstrate relevant skills and experience, resilience, and interpersonal skills. You should have excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with a wide range of staff across the Trust on a daily basis.

The successful applicants may be required to work at any establishment which forms part of the Learning Partnership, whether current or future, on a temporary or permanent basis, according to the needs of the Learning Partnership as part of our Learning Partnership arrangements.
