Streethay Primary School is a growing school at the heart of a new community in Lichfield. The school has been built as part of a large residential development and opened in September 2019. We are a small team with big ambitions; aiming to provide the best education locally and be known for our innovative approach.

We are part of a family of schools within Shaw Education Trust, in which primary, secondary and special schools, as well as an FE setting, work alongside one another to support the most positive outcomes for all pupils across the trust.

We wish to appoint a Lunchtime Supervisor to start with immediate effect. Your main duties will be to supervise pupils during lunch within a safe environment. The successful candidates will be able to offer an efficient service and be able to interact with the students. Experience is not essential; however, it would be an advantage.

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 11.45 am – 13.00 pm, however, there may be an opportunity to pick up extra hours during the week to help children with reading.

At our school we nurture, inspire and prepare our children for their next step. We work closely with families and communities to ensure that all pupils can achieve their full potential. We believe that social times present key learning opportunities for our children. We expect the successful candidate to work hard to get to know our children and adapt provision to support learning needs.
As the school grows, the role has the potential to grow. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and flexible in their approach.

Our Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All appointments will be subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure.
