The Role

We are looking to appoint an exceptional teacher to lead our flourishing nursery provision, ensuring the best start to early years education and implementing an early support model for children and families who need additional support across our early years provision.

The Nursery aims to provide a warm and caring environment where children can feel secure, confident and happy. We currently offer places for children aged from 2 to 4 years in spacious purpose-build facilities, shared with a children and family centre.

As well as leading the nursery, you will provide a holistic response to families needs, working closely with a range of internal and external partners to provide exemplary inter-agency and inclusive practice

Key Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status.
A Mininum of 3 years teaching within an Early Years and KS1 setting.
Substantial experience ( 3 years plus) leading and operating nursery provision on a day to day basis.
Substantial experience and confidence in supporting children with SEND.
The ability to work with families to provide early support and early help models using a nurturing and engaging approach.
A commitment to system leadership and the development of colleagues across the early years sector.
