Thomas Telford Multi Academy Trust (TTMAT) was established in September 2017 and consists of four secondary schools; Madeley Academy, Sandwell Academy and Walsall Academy, Thomas Telford University Technical College and one primary school, Redhill Primary Academy.
TTMAT run from Thomas Telford School has a unique flat management structure that provides the Headteachers’ of each Academy with the autonomy, independence and accountability to take full responsibility for running their Academy. TTMAT has a small management team that provides advice and support and ensures that through effective communication and collaboration opportunities to work together serve the collective efforts to further raise standards.
Currently all of our schools are rated good or outstanding by Ofsted and adopt an innovative approach to education and provide students with an array of opportunities within the curriculum and as part of our extended day.
We would welcome applications from suitably experienced practitioners for leadership roles across our schools, ranging from Deputy Head, Assistant Headteacher and Heads of Department in core subjects. Leadership opportunities exist across each of our schools, where you will be able to make a positive difference to children, many from deprived and challenging backgrounds.
