Castlemorton CE Primary School is part of DOWMAT- Diocese of Worcestershire Multi-Academy Trust and is a rapidly improving Church of England primary school. We are situated in an outstanding rural setting where our delightful pupils display a positive attitude to learning and everyone is valued for the contribution they make. Our vision of LOVE-LIGHT-ALL is central to our provision and lived out in the day to day life of the school.

The Local Academy Board wish to appoint a highly motivated and ambitious Early Years teacher to join our friendly staff team. The role is for mornings only teaching a class with pre-school and reception children supported by an experienced TA.  First and foremost, we are looking for someone who is passionate about teaching and learning in the early years and is a hardworking and reflective practitioner. Early career teachers are welcome to apply.

  • Is able to contribute to the broader life of the school community and its extended provision for pupils and their families
  • Is resilient and hardworking and eager to learn and share their practice
  • Is supportive of the school’s vision and values
