We are looking for three highly driven individuals with the qualifications, skills and experience to fulfil what will be key roles within the trust. Applicants should have the desire, ambition and commitment to build on our strengths and create the best possible outcomes for our pupils.

We feel that these appointments will strengthen the work we do with our schools and further improve the strong foundations that have already been established. Working closely with the School Improvement Executive, the Senior Executive team and our wider Rivers staff team, the successful candidates will be responsible for raising the levels of achievement in our Rivers family of schools and ensuring secured improved pupil outcomes through effective support, monitoring and challenge.

• Improving standards across the Rivers family of schools
• To facilitate sharing of best practice across schools
• To monitor work of leaders in each school and discuss next steps
• To identify opportunities for schools to work together on similar issues/strengths
• To feedback to heads and suggest and discuss further priorities

These roles will suit a passionate and influential leader who has a proven track record of leading improvements in education.
