We are looking for an exceptional individual who can help Adult Social Care not only continue performing well but to keep improving our offer to customers and carers in Warwickshire.

You will need to know what excellent Adult Social Care looks like and be able to lead a team to measure how well we are doing, identify areas for improvement and put in place plans to deliver successful change.
