The Senior Leadership Team and Governors at Eaton Park Academy, part of the Alpha Academies Trust, are seeking to appoint an Assistant Principal to join our high performing strategic team. Responsibilities of the role will be based on the development priorities of the Academy, ensuring high academic outcomes and expectations in all key stages. Leadership responsibilities can be subject to change based on the needs of the Academy; this post will have a teaching responsibility.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, skilled individual to join our friendly and professional Leadership Team. The successful applicant must be able to contribute as an outstanding teacher to both pupil outcomes and teacher development.

The successful candidate will be an experienced teacher/leader and will be able to demonstrate a strong track record of raising standards and school improvement, evidencing the impact their leadership has already made in their existing role. The suitable candidate needs to evidence their ability to be self- motivated, dynamic, have good personal management skills & good relationships and the ability to work collaboratively both within the Academy and with partner schools.
