The Role
Due to rising numbers in our popular FS provision the children, staff and governors of this happy and successful two-form entry Infant, Nursery and Preschool wish to appoint an experienced FS Teaching Assistant with EYFS experience to enhance our busy, thriving, nurturing school.
We already have a committed team of teaching and non-teaching staff and are keen to recruit someone with a love of life and learning and a great sense of humour!

Due to ever increasing numbers of children, we are looking for a hard-working practitioner who is passionate about achieving excellent outcomes for all children. The successful applicant will be resilient and a great team player. They will be committed to providing the very best for the children in our school and for the local community that we serve.
We are a caring two-form entry Infant School, with a separate 2-3yr old Preschool Provision, 3-4 yr old Nursery Provision and 4/5yr old reception classes.
We have an inclusive, nurturing ethos, within calm, attachment and trauma aware settings. We are committed to the emotional, as well as the academic, development of all our children.

Questionnaires demonstrate that our community and other external professionals speak highly of the school and the staff.
We benefit from a committed, supportive Governing Board.
Please don't judge us by our Ofsted rating. Please take the time to read our latest Inspection report for yourselves and make your own judgements.
By having our own pre-school it has enabled us at Cedars to provide a full all-round nurturing, stimulating and educational environment for children from the age of 2yrs, through to our Nursery of 3yr olds and into our Reception classes for our 4/5yr olds.
