This is an exciting time to join Herefordshire Council in this post as Deputy Locality Manager within the Community Wellbeing Operational Service: Adult Social Care. Recent innovation and service transformation has enabled us to enhance the workforce and create several exciting posts and opportunities to practice differently throughout our localities.

We are working to help adults live safe, healthy and independent lives by offering enhanced preventative and pro-active community services. This means our multi-skilled locality teams enable us to be responsive to individuals whatever their needs.

The successful applicant will be a qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England and have experience of managing and supervising staff and building teams.
