Job Details

Sandwell Children’s Trust are recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator on a 12 month fixed term basis to join the Resourcing Team in Human Resources. The Resourcing Team provide recruitment solutions to all service areas of the Trust for temporary, fixed term and permanent vacancies. We are a small, friendly team who work alongside hiring managers to provide a quality recruitment service to the Trust.

 

 

The Human Resources team are seeking a Recruitment Administrator to provide admin support to the resourcing function. Duties of the role include:

  • Respond to routine resourcing enquiries
  • Setting up agency new starters on SBS
  • Raising of purchase orders and receipting of invoices
  • Checking agency workers compliance documents
  • Weekly starters and leavers reports
  • Monthly starters and leavers reports
  • Assistance with recruitment & selection training
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Updating recruitment activity spreadsheets
  • Diary management
  • Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office
  • To provide administrative support across HR function as and when required

 

About you: 

  • You will hold a level 2 in numeracy and literacy or equivalent
  • You will hold a NVQ Level 1 in Business Administration
  • You will have experience of working in a busy office environment
  • You will have the ability to work well with others at all levels within an organisation
  • You will have the experience of working in a fast paced office environment
