Family Support Worker (Experience desirable)

32.5 hours per week, term time only

NJC Scale 4 £10.41 per hour

Temporary in the first instance for 12 months

To start as soon as possible

We wish to appoint a caring and enthusiastic team member to work across both schools alongside our dedicated Pastoral teams.

We are looking for someone who:

• has experience and knowledge of meeting the social and emotional needs of children in a variety of ways
• has experience of working with young children with complex needs
• is happy to work both in family homes but also in school setting
• can establish and sustain positive communication links with parents/carers
• work with community groups and outside agencies
• is flexible and willing to support children during play
• has good IT skills
