About the role:-

37 hours a week

We are looking to appoint an experienced minute taker/administrator to the role of Panel Co-ordinator, the role involves organising, collating documents, chasing and minuting of 3 Panels, including uploading documentation to child’s file records and the use of MS Teams in inviting participants to Panel meetings. The role also includes liaising and working closely with the Chairs of the Panels.  

The successful applicant will need to have:-

  • NVQ Level 2 Business Administration or equivalent;
  • GCSE Maths & English or equivalent;
  • Able to demonstrate previous experience of working in a busy office;
  • Be proficient in minute taking;
  • Flexible, well organised and enjoy a challenge;
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and have attention to detail.
