The Adult Social Care Team supporting the areas of Redditch and Bromsgrove are looking to recruit 2 Social Care Workers to join their busy and supportive teams.

The team are a very experienced and dynamic group working across adult user groups in the community. The focus of the role is to ensure good communication with users of the service and to ensure that you do all that you can to identify the type of support required and to also plan that support with users.

The focus of the team is ensuring that we are always building on peoples own strengths and exploring creative and innovative ways to help find the solutions.

We work in close proximity with other partner organisations, and you will be required to work effectively across a range of organisations in terms of planning and advocating.

As a Social Care Worker, you will be expected to manage your own cases, identifying any Adults who may be at risk of abuse or neglect. For such Safeguarding cases you will then work alongside a qualified Social Worker.
