We are seeking to appoint an innovative and inspiring Inclusion Manager to join our forward thinking pastoral team within the secondary phase from January 2022. It is a fantastic opportunity to join a team of passionate staff who place the pastoral care of each and every child at the centre of everything they do. The successful candidate will hold the same values and enhance our established pastoral team. The role will include managing and leading the Achievement Intervention team and leading and co-ordinating programmes to support our learners that have been identified through the Pastoral Panel.

This is an exciting opportunity for both experienced pastoral staff and professionals from areas such as social care and wider education settings. The key aspect we are looking for is a passionate, dynamic, ambitious and energetic individual to support our children in all aspects of their school life.

Importantly, one of our key principles is to support your welfare and as part of this we offer a medical/health package and assist our working families through an on-site nursery which several staff use to support their childcare provision.
