30.4 hours per week, Term-Time Only
Grade G7 SCP 22-27 Actual Salary £19,448.92 - £22,545.25 per annum

The Governors of County Bridge Primary School are looking to appoint an outstanding, highly motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a ‘GOOD’ school. The position will predominantly be in the KS2 Phase.

You will be joining a team ‘who are passionate about providing pupils with an excellent education.’ Ofsted Dec 2016. We are looking for someone who:

• has especially high expectations for every child
• is an excellent role model, exemplifying outstanding teaching and learning
• can support and enhance the culture of teamwork within the school community
• is able to manage and develop the teaching and learning in a specified subject area under the direct supervision of a Senior Leader and has a proven track record of contributing to whole school improvement
• has the experience, skills and knowledge to be able to lead, inspire and motivate others
• has the ability and experience to teach across all year groups, particularly Years 5/6, covering for PPA & Leadership time
• has a great sense of humour!
