We are looking to appoint a new Deputy Head (Climate for Learning) to work alongside the existing Deputy Heads (Curriculum and Progress, Achievement and Assessment) and to drive further improvement in our school.

With an exceptional track record of strategic leadership and a passion for outstanding and inclusive pastoral education, the successful applicant will have responsibility for strategically leading and developing the pastoral care at Caludon Castle School. You will lead a pastoral team of assistant headteachers, year and progress leaders and will also act as Designated Safeguarding Lead, leading the pastoral team of DDSLs and training others in this important area.
