Plas Gwynant Outdoor Education Centre is a residential outdoor education centre based in Snowdonia and we are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, flexible and hardworking individual to join our kitchen and domestic team.  The centre is part of the Sandwell Residential Education Service (SRES) which is a group of 4 centres.

The post requires: 

  • Catering for residential groups of up to 60 people
  • Experience of cleaning to a high standard as required and preparing dormitories/bedrooms for visitors
  • Assist with ordering, menu, stock control, cleaning equipment and products
  • To undertake kitchen/domestic tasks throughout the Centre as required
  • Experience of customer care, self-motivated and flexible
  • Knowledge of general Health and Safety principles
  • Ability to work both alone and in a team
  • Enthusiastic, friendly and flexible

You must hold Food Safety and Catering qualifications.

An enhanced DBS clearance is required for this role.

Interviews will take place W/C 7 March 2022.

Single accommodation in a shared house is available at £200 PM if required.
