This is an exciting opportunity for you to join a brand-new team supporting the development and delivery of our wider reward strategy. This varied role will provide great opportunities for you to engage with Talent and Resourcing team colleagues and stakeholders from across the council. 

We’ll provide you with opportunities to support developments in reward, recognition, employee benefits, pay, terms and conditions, grading and relevant policies.  This is your chance to work closely with other colleagues from across the council, including trade union representatives, providing professional advice and guidance on reward issues including shaping the development of Total Reward Statements.
