We are seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic Quality & Improvement Subject Matter Expert to join us to be a key member of the Quality & Improvement Team within The Hub. This will be in a multi-service provider environment, supporting Banking, Payments. Payroll and HR transactional services, with a demanding and challenging workload so an ability to learn quickly and manage short, medium and long term tasks and projects on a daily is essential.
We have set ourselves high standards and you will work with customers and colleagues to inspire excellence, drive performance and be a lead change agent for the service(s). You will promote quality and improvement and lean practices to exceed customer & colleague expectations.
You will be required to be the exemplar for a high standard of customer service within The Hub, inspiring others to achieve the same and ensuring we exceed our customers expectations.
You will be responsible for identifying solutions to ensure continuous improvement across The Hub including managing compliments and complaints, KPI’s and the provision and maintenance of processes, standards and Service Catalogues.
You will require excellent communication skills and advanced MS Office ICT skills, especially in excel, word and outlook, and the ability to develop yourself quickly to keep up with change.
