The Crestwood School are recruiting for a Teacher of Maths, Second in department. To start in September 2022. This is a permanent full-time post.


We are a Multi Academy Trust comprising of six secondary schools and one primary school with over 700 employees and over 5,000 students, based in Dudley, West Midlands.

These are exciting times for Crestwood as we are oversubscribed in Years 7, 8 and 9. Crestwood School is very proud to advise all stakeholders that our most recent Ofsted inspection rated the School as 'Good with Outstanding Features' - February 2018. We are a fully inclusive school with high expectations of all our students.

We are looking for a suitably qualified, motivated and enthusiastic Second in Maths Teacher to complement our highly successful Maths team and join us in our journey towards ‘Outstanding’.

To provide an effective education to students within the framework provided by the Headteacher and Governing Body and with regard to all statutory requirements and the professional standards for teachers. Exact responsibilities will be discussed at interview.

The success candidate will be:

  • Able to raise student achievement in Maths.
  • A willingness to make significant contribution to the department and school as a whole.
