Birmingham Adult Education Service (BAES) - Head of Learner Engagement and Support Salary: £45,648 - £57,056 Full-time, Permanent Position (Previous applicants need not apply) Why not join our high achieving Birmingham Adult Education Service and make a difference! This is an exciting new senior role reporting to the Head of Service/Principal. As a member of the senior team, you will have the opportunity to manage a team dedicated to achieving and sustaining high levels of learner satisfaction and delivering a fit for purpose learner engagement strategy that provides a high-quality learning experience for everyone. The successful candidate will lead on the strategic direction of all aspects of student support services ensuring that all learners across the service receive the support that they need. You will also lead on the strategic development of an effective and comprehensive information, advice, and guidance support service for all learners throughout their leaner journey, in accordance with matrix standards supporting progression and destination outcomes.

The post holder will have senior lead responsibility as the Designated Safeguarding Lead for all learners, ensuring that the leaner Safeguarding and Prevent policies of the Service are effectively implemented.
