This an exciting time to be joining Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council as the three existing Early Years’ teams have become an Integrated Early Years’ Service.

Hours: 37 hours + 18.5 hours (We are recruiting to 1 full time post and 1 part time post)

1.5 FTE posts available   Salary AV1 – SCP 2 - 5 £37,723 - £41,442 (with SPA points max 8 - £45,242.00

We are looking for an experienced early years teacher to raise achievement and diminish differences between vulnerable groups.

You will support  the delivery of consistent ‘Quality First’ teaching and learning for all children within the maintained and non maintained  sectors. Monitor and when required challenge the pedagogy for learning and development across all the early years sector so that children aged 0-5 can access the highest quality of provision and achieve their full potential.

You must be committed to inclusive practice, organised, passionate, enthusiastic with a ‘can do’ attitude and be fully committed to raising the outcomes for all of Dudley’s children.
