About The Roles:

Our Social Care and Support Service is committed to maximising strengths, to enable adults to achieve their desired outcomes, thereby meeting their needs and improving or maintaining their wellbeing. We are looking for someone who shares our passion and is committed, enthusiastic, dedicated and passionate about improving outcomes for adults in Warwickshire.
We're seeking newly qualified and experienced Social Workers, Social Care Practitioners, Reablement Assistants and Occupational Therapists to join our expanding Social Care and Support Service. The Social Care and Support service encompasses a wide range of teams and employment opportunities:
- Social Work Teams - this includes Older People's Service, Learning Disability Team, Hospital Social Care Team, Transitions, Mental Health Team and the Physical Disability and Sensory Service - we work with older and younger adults who have care and support needs, and with their carers.
- Occupational Therapy - we aim to enhance people's ability to live safely and independently in their home.
- Reablement Service - we provide direct support to the person in their own home surroundings on a daily basis to enable the person to practice their daily living tasks to maximise their abilities in day to day living and improve quality of life. We are rated Good by the Care Quality Commission.
