The Board of Directors of Our Lady and All Saints Catholic Multi Academy Company (“the MAC”), are seeking to appoint to the role of Finance Manager to join our proud and successful team. The start date for this position is as soon as possible.
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with a proven track record who can offer support to key members of the MAC Executive Team and our schools in relation to financial operations including developing, delivering and managing comprehensive financial services. We wish to hear from you if you have:
The ability to manage those staff with finance related responsibilities on a daily basis and conduct performance management reviews and target setting.
An understanding of finance systems
Strong time management skills
Good mathematical skills
The ability to multitask
Problem-solving skills
Strong organisational skills
Written and verbal communication skills,
Strong attention to detail
The ability to deal with all members of an organisation
A professional and friendly demeanour
