Windsor Academy Trust (WAT) is seeking to appoint a full time Finance Assistant to work across our nine schools, primarily based at Windsor Academy Trust Central Office in Halesowen but will be required to work within all schools across WAT and our North Office as and when required.
We are looking for a confident individual, with experience of working in a financial setting particularly including purchase and sales ledger administration, to support the finance function to ensure the efficient running of the day to day finance operations across multiple sites.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, organised and committed. They will work closely with finance colleagues to ensure that the finance department runs smoothly and all work is completed to deadline. They will be able to prioritise workloads and have excellent attention to detail and ability to work through large volumes of data with a high level of accuracy. Experience of working with PS Financials or similar financial accounting software is desirable.

- Primarily duties will include processing purchase order requisitions and invoices on our finance system.
- Coordinating with suppliers to resolve queries and supporting schools in procuring goods and resources.
- Providing support for the completion of financial month end tasks.
