Employee testimonial from the recruiting manager, Chris Pugh

Since joining the Projects and Change team in 2017 I’ve been involved in a wide range of projects, from culture change to covid response and whilst challenging, they have all been really good to be involved in.

I feel valued and supported in my work and the culture is great.  I’ve grown a network not just of professional colleagues, but trusted friends.

This is our website that tells you a bit about working for the Council and some of the great benefits you will gain from joining us: WV Jobs | City of Wolverhampton Council.

We support our people whatever their background, needs and life stage. Flexible working arrangements are a real part of what we are as an organisation and we also have employee support networks, discount schemes and pensions schemes to support you.

Hopefully you will see from the smiling faces on our website that we are a good team to work with, we celebrate difference and diversity and we are a place where no two days are the same.

You will meet some great people who are passionate about making Wolverhampton a better place to work, live and socialise.

So go on, apply now, you won’t regret it!

If you want to know more before you apply, please contact Christopher Pugh at christopher.pugh@wolverhampton.gov.uk
