22.5 Hours Per Week (Term Time Only plus 1 week)

Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Leave Cover)

Required for September 2022 (and 2 weeks handover in July 2022)

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint an Administration Officer at Corpus Christi Catholic Primary Academy to cover maternity leave.

 

You will join a dedicated and experienced team and as the first point of contact for the Academy, will work in partnership with pupils, Staff, Parents, Representatives, Directors and Primary MAC Partners.  You must be able to work flexibly.

 

Key responsibilities will include:

 

  • taking lead responsibility in maintaining an efficient and effective office
  • implementing systems and procedures in support of the Academy
  • supporting in maintaining and monitoring the Academy’s financial and personnel systems in liaison and under the direction of the SFSC Multi Academy
  • supporting the leadership team and Governors to make the most of their resources
  • carrying out administrative activities supporting the Academy community
