The Initial Response Service is made of the Warwickshire Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH), The Child Sexual Exploitation Service, The Domestic Abuse Social Worker Service and the Emergency Duty Team.

The Role

37.0 Hours per Week

The Service is often the first point of call for professionals and members of the public to raise safeguarding concerns for residents in Warwickshire.

We are looking for an individual to work mainly in the Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub. The role would be to join a team of Business Support staff who are responsible for supporting Social Care and Police staff in managing Children's Safeguarding referrals.

Typical tasks include updating computer databases, minuting meetings, taking telephone calls and managing the inbox where referrals are sent into.

Key Requirements

We are looking for an individual that thrives at working in fast pace, dynamic office environment which changes frequently to meet the needs of the service.

Experience of working in an administrative role in a Children's Services Team or similar environment would be desirable. However, we welcome all applications as full training will be given but Confidence in your ability to use computers is essential.
