The Four Stones Multi Academy Trust (MAT) is seeking to appoint two ‘Achievement Leaders’ to work at The De Montfort School. The successful applicant will work with identified students to ensure they are supported in school to make good progress. The post is for 40 hours per week, term time weekdays only plus the school training days. Salary Scale 6 (point range 18-22) pro rata.

The De Montfort School is a well-resourced 10-18 school. We are unapologetically ambitious for every student, no matter what their background, prior attainment or needs and are looking for people who want to be the best.

This post is exempt from the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the amendments to the Exceptions Order 1975, 2013 and 2020. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful candidate will be required to undertake an Enhanced 

Disclosure via the Disclosure and Barring Service.
