Team Manager - Fostering
Leading the provision of care, you’ll be a supervisor, mentor, collaborator and advisor.
You’ll be an advocate for communities and families, and an ambassador for children and young people. A proactive partner of carers, agencies, service users and colleagues, you’ll set standards, shape ideas, and promote new and better practice. What’s more, you’ll be part of monitoring quality and performance across the service and develop plans to ensure your team continues to deliver effective results.
A qualified social worker with experience of managing teams focussed on children and young people, you’ll bring to the role proven experience of outcome focused interventions, prioritisation and care planning.
You will require knowledge of the latest policy and guidance around children’s social care and safeguarding with a strong understanding of financial and resource management.
You will need to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, a head for complexity, and know how to improve services. More than just a leader, you’ll be an inspirational mentor for young people and will ensure that their voice is represented in the service we provide.
Enhanced DBS and HCPC registration is required for these posts.
