Financial Admin Modules Operation Officer, ref RT01422
Salary: G8 £30,984 - £35,336 per annum

We are looking for someone:

  • An enthusiastic individual who enjoys interacting with others
  • Someone who has good analytical knowledge
  • Great customer service skills
  • Substantial experience in working with an Integrated Enterprise Resource System (Comprising Financial, HR, Payroll and Procurement data).

You will be responsible for

  • Quality and Assurance of, I Procurement, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger system transactions within the Financial Admin Modules Operations Team.
  • You will provide day to day financial support, training & guidance to cost centre managers, budget holders and other internal and external customers and stakeholders including the use of financial systems.
  • You will lead on and take accountability for functional issues relating to the Financial Admin Modules Operations Team ensuring the delivery of outcome driven solutions.
