We need someone who is enthusiastic and motivated to join our Resourcing team. As the service advisor at WME, you’ll build relationships with our customers and work with market leading technology, which enables our customers to manage their recruitment processes online. You’ll have experience of working with systems, ideally an Applicant Tracking System (we use Talentlink currently), but if you haven’t, that’s ok. To start with, we will bring you up to speed on the software we use and provide all the training needed to deliver the service. If you have an analytical mind, are intrigued by systems, enjoy problem solving and delivering training from time to time, then this is really what we are looking for.

You will be empowered to configure the system for our customers and will play an important role in responding to our customer queries and requests, ensuring a premier service is delivered each time.  

You will be part of a very supportive, friendly team who have fun whilst delivering services. This is a great opportunity to develop yourself, your system skills as well as influence and revolutionise the way our customers deliver their recruitment service online.  

This role is initially offered on a full time, fixed term basis for 12 months covering maternity leave.
