St. John’s Primary Academy part of Future Generation Trust are seeking to appoint a Headteacher
from 1 st January 2023.

St. John’s Primary Academy is a large and well established primary academy in Staffordshire, judged
Outstanding. It demands outstanding leadership. Leadership that is principally characterised by the
ability to retain a hugely positive culture in which pup ils and staff can flourish.

This opportunity is suitable for someone who is not intimidated by the success and reputation the
academy enjoys but is inspired by the challenge. The ideal candidate will be someone who is
aspirational and innovative and ca n drive continued outstanding educational practices.
The successful applicant will be ably supported by the Trust Central Team and other academy leaders
in the MAT. The expectation is that they embrace this partnership and fully collaborate to help drive
Future Generation Trust forward.
