The Head teacher and Governors at Moseley CE Primary School are seeking to appoint 2 committed and experienced administrators. The role requires flexibility and problem solving on a daily basis; it is essential that you are professional and an effective communicator.

Applications are invited from office administrators who can effectively demonstrate:

· work in a professional and responsible way

· a current understanding of School systems including CMIS

· communicate well with all of our school community

· prioritise your workload to meet deadlines

· have a Good standard of written English including spelling and grammar, and basic arithmetic skills

· have a Good ICT skills including use of Word and Excel

· understand the importance of data protection and safeguarding in a school setting

You will have all the essential qualifications listed in the Job Description and Person Specification. You will be required to produce relevant certificates, demonstrating your qualifications, on the day of interview if you are shortlisted. This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
