This exciting opportunity arises as Claire Williams leaves at the end of the Summer Term 2022.
Bournville Village Primary School is a three-form entry, voluntary aided non-denominational, mixed primary school built by the Quaker Philanthropist George Cadbury for the children of Bournville. Our mission is to provide an education of the highest quality, based on our school values, that is forward thinking and recognises the uniqueness of each individual.
The Governing Board is seeking an inspirational, enthusiastic, approachable, and caring Headteacher who will:
- embody our forward-thinking approach by being a visionary leader work collaboratively with the whole school community to embed our values and realise our vision focus on the wellbeing and education of our children, enabling them to always reach their potential

The Head would be supported by, and need to be committed to, established school to school links, e.g. consortia.
The successful candidate will be expected to take up the appointment at the beginning of the Spring Term.
Visits to the school are encouraged on Monday 16, Tuesday 17 and Wednesday 18 May.
