About Us and the Role

The Market Hall Museum sits at the heart of historic Warwick, with changing displays reflecting the history of the County alongside a regular programme of activities and events.

New for 2022 - the Market Hall Museum Shop will be refitted and expanded as part of the next exciting phase in the development of the Museum.  From Beekeeper’s honey, toys and fossils, silk scarves, handcrafted soaps and botanical bath bubbles, our redeveloped shop will offer a new shopping experience in the centre of this busy market town.

We are now looking for a new team member with the passion and drive to help us take this new venture forward. Working as part of our Front of House team, the focus of this role is to create a welcoming atmosphere for our visitors whilst maintaining a high-quality shopping experience and generating essential income for the Museum.

Working Pattern –Tuesday – Saturday 10:00 - 15:00 with one Saturday off in four.

The Candidate 

Happy to work in a busy customer-facing role, you must have experience of working in a customer service environment and you are confident in speaking to a wide range of people.

Good levels of numeracy and literacy are essential to this role
