Academy Administrator

The role

Q3 Academy Langley opened its doors in September 2016, becoming the first brand-new secondary education provider in Sandwell in a decade. We are looking to add to our fantastic team of dedicated, hard-working colleagues, who contribute to a wonderful culture of work.

We are looking to appoint a dedication Academy Administrator on a temporary basis to cover a maternity leave. 

Some of the duties and responsibilities include: 

To provide administration and support to the Head of School and Personalised Learning Directors. Assembly and maintenance of learning space/corridor displays. Making telephone calls. Maintaining records, processing data, preparing summaries of data. Taking Minutes of Meetings. Filing. To assist the Finance in maintaining and administering the financial policies, procedures and systems. Assist HR and Attendance with administration. Cataloguing and issuing equipment and materials. Carrying out stock checks. Ordering new books/equipment/consumables. Photocopying/reprographics Provide support in the holistic development of students. SIMS input, for example, behaviour monitoring, first aid Administer First Aid
