Job Details

 

An opportunity has arisen for a substantive Crew Manager position at Rugby Fire Station.
 

The successful candidate will need to be enthusiastic, a strong team player, culturally aware with excellent communication skills and can work in a dynamic environment.

 

External Applicants
 

To be eligible to apply, applicants will be whole-time substantive competent Crew Managers who are able to demonstrate and prove competence via their employer. Written gateway examination (External candidates without IFE’s only).

Essential Criteria
 

  • Provide evidence of up-to-date operational training and competence

  • Not in possession of any formal disciplinary at point of application or during the process.

  • Be medically fit to undertake and pass a WFRS fitness test and medical.

  • Hold a current UK driving licence.

Candidates will be invited for an interview to select the most suitable individual to undertake the vacancy.

Interviews will be held 1st June 2022.
