Office Manager

34.75 hours Mon-Fri - term time only

Grade 5 (scale point 12-17)

Pitcheroak School is an all age 4 to 19 Special school. We have approximately 150 wonderful children and a beautiful building with excellent facilities.

The Governors of Pitcheroak School are seeking to appoint a friendly and hardworking Office Manager to join us. Please refer to the job description and person specification for further details.

We are looking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Office Manager to support the Headteacher and to lead on whole school administration.  Experience of previously working in a school environment is essential.

The role is a strategic one of driving improvements in efficiency and effectiveness as well as ensuring a culture of continuous improvement in relation to school performance.

The successful candidate will demonstrate theoretical, practical and procedural knowledge across all disciplines of administration. You should have good communication skills and excellent ICT skills. You will have high professional standards, be highly organised and demonstrate professional integrity.
