Fairfax Multi Academy Trust (FMAT) are looking for a Data & Cover Manager at Smith’s Wood Academy to be accountable for managing our new MIS (Bromcom) and supporting with its implementation into the Academy along with the migration from our existing MIS (SIMS). The successful candidate will be required to:

• support the Leaders of the Academy with the management and analysis of data

• manage the MIS to ensure critical data and regular reports are provided to the Leaders and teachers within the Academy

• manage the MIS to ensure ‘Progress reports’ are collated and issued to stakeholders in a timely fashion

• support with the creation and maintenance of the Academy timetable

• support with the collation and completion of school census throughout the academic year

• manage and record cover within the Academy to ensure lessons are delivered when teachers are absent

• support with the sourcing and checking of external supply teachers – long and short term

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
