We are looking for applicants who are motivated, enthusiastic with excellent customer service skills.  A willingness to go the extra mile and have clear verbal and written Ukrainian language skills.

The successful post holder will provide administrative and translation support to Ukrainians relocated to Wyre Forest or immediately adjacent areas under the Homes for Ukraine scheme and the Ukraine Family Visa Scheme.

To act as a point of liaison between Ukrainians and services provided by WFDC, Worcestershire County Council and other relevant public bodies such as the National Health Service and the Department for Work and Pensions.

To provide translation support (oral and written) and other support to allow Ukrainians effectively to access public services.

Must speak Russian or Ukrainian 

This is a fixed term contract.

Appointment to this post is subject to satisfactory clearance of Disclosure and Barring Service Check.  The check is for the Authority to ensure that anyone in a position within regulated work is not barred from working within the relevant workforce(s). You are required to notify the HR Team if you are subsequently arrested, or are being investigated, which would have an impact on your ability to be employed within a position within regulated work.

You may be required to provide a suitable vehicle in connection with the duties of this post.

Flexible approach to working hours, able to work outside normal office hours if necessary, including a requirement to be available for evening meetings.

You may be required to respond to out of hours call outs as required.
