We are looking to appoint a highly motivated SENDCO. We are a forward-thinking school and have been highly praised for our inclusive ethos and the attitudes and values of our pupils.
This is an exciting opportunity not only to work with some amazing young people and fantastic staff, but to shape our SEND strategy on our pathway to outstanding. The SENDCO, with the support of the senior leadership team, will take responsibility for developing our SEND strategy as well as guide the day-to-day provision for pupils with SEND. They will provide professional guidance in the area of SEND to assist high quality teaching and the effective use of resources that support the achievement of all pupils.
