We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly committed LSA Coordinator to join our dedicated and hard working Learning Support Team. In conjunction with the SENCO, the successful candidate will co-ordinate a team of Learning Support Assistants and work as a Learning Support Assistant to support teachers and students access the curriculum.  This role includes the following:

• To coordinate a team of Learning Support Assistants
• To determine resource needs
• To have regard to the welfare of the team
• To work with the SENCO to ensure equitable deployment across the team
• To liaise with the SENCO to ensure consistently high standards across the team
