Office Reception Assistant

Henhurst Ridge Primary Academy is a new two-form entry primary school that opened in September 2018 with state of the art facilities. It currently has a Nursery, Reception class, Year One, Year Two and Year 3 with a Year 4 class in September 2022 and will grow year on year. We are seeking to appoint a committed, enthusiastic person to join our admin team.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills with both adults and children alike, as the welcoming face of our school. The ability to work under pressure whilst remaining calm is essential in a busy school.

The admin team plays a key role within our school and will continue to do so as the school grows. This role will offer the opportunity for future progression.

Salary Scale: Grade 5 SCP6-9 FTE £20,043-£21,269 per annum (pay award   pending)

                      Actual salary £16,727 to £17,742 per annum (pay award pending)

Hours:           35 hours per week, 8:30-16.00 daily

Weeks:          Term time plus two weeks (40 weeks per year)
