Employability Coaches

Permanent Contract, Full Time, Term Time

Note: This is a term time only role, you will be required to work during term time only, taking all college holidays. The salary range stated above has already been pro-rata to take this into account, and the £ range stated is therefore the actual salary range for this position, with no further reductions to be applied for term time only working.

We are seeking to recruit Employability Coaches to join our growing team here at Heart of Birmingham Vocational College.

We offer full-time Study Programmes that provide individualised learning experiences, whilst developing learner’s key employability and supported living skills. We are an Ofsted rated 'Good' College; as an Employability Coach you will support the day to day running of our work placements and will be the main contact with the employers and companies we serve. You will also work closely with our teaching and learning team on shared initiatives and to support all learners to make excellent progress towards their individual outcomes.

We first opened our doors in 2014 with 10 learners and 3 staff. Since then, we have successfully grown the college to what it is today, with over 125 students and 82 staff.
