We are currently looking to appoint an experienced Anti-Social Behaviour Manager to join our busy, high performing and customer focused team.  We provide tenure neutral services to residents of Tamworth.




As the Anti-Social Behaviour Manager, you will be responsible for the effective delivery of anti-social behaviour and tenancy enforcement intervention and compliance with both the Regulatory of Social Housing Standards and ASB Accreditation. You will work effectively with partners to provide appropriate support and early intervention to resolve neighbourhood disputes and anti-social behaviour problems in the borough.   




The ideal candidate for the role will bring knowledge, skills and practical experience including; managing multiple anti-social behaviour and tenancy enforcement cases in the social housing sector, undertaking investigations into serious allegations of ASB, preparing court papers, appearing and presenting at court including being a witness, day to day management of an anti-social behaviour team of staff or similar, thorough working knowledge of current ASB legislation and regulatory standards, a track  record of problem solving through partnership working and excellent written & verbal communications skills.




The nature of the role means it is fast paced and duties can vary on a daily basis, therefore you will need to be able to manage conflicting priorities and be adaptable in your approach at all times. You will have the willingness to work as part of team and build good working relationships.




A minimum of 3 years previous experience of working within an ASB, Housing Management or similar setting required.




The post will be line managed by the Neighbourhood Resilience Manager.




This is a home working contract, and the majority of duties will be carried out at home, however, employees will be contractually required to attend site on two days per month for team meetings, 121 meetings, etc. Employees may also be required to attend a site for meetings, collaborative work or to undertake work related activities. Site attendance will constitute no more than 40% of working time and includes the contractual 2 days per month.
