We are looking for a new team member to join our busy team, which is responsible for processing Council Tax, Business Rates and Benefits correspondence. You will preferably have experience of working in a customer focussed environment, with a professional and diplomatic approach to working with people from all backgrounds.

The role will entail being out and about in the District to inspect properties and to verify customer’s circumstances in respect of Council Tax and Business Rates.
