Salary: £31,026 - £33,426 per annum
35 hours
Location: County Hall, Worcester
Temporary - 12 Months


The Role

Worcestershire County Council’s Transformation and Change team oversee and manage the Council’s transformation and change agenda, ensuring our programmes are delivered in a robust, efficient and coordinated manner. The newly created team offers a centralised function for programme, project and change management across Worcestershire County Council and Worcestershire Children First.

We are looking for highly self-motivated and qualified professionals to join our dynamic and agile team.
 
This is a key role, working within the Council’s Transformation and Change Team with responsibility for shaping and delivering change programmes across the entire organisation. With a focus on stakeholder engagement and ensuring the delivery of effective change throughout the Council, this cross cutting role will deliver the change function within the team. You will report directly to the Senior Change Manger.

Successful candidates will be able to tangibly demonstrate experience and ability to meet the person specification criteria, in particular:
• Experience of working to deliver change using change management methodology
• Experience in instilling a culture of continuous improvement
• Significant experience in stakeholder engagement and management
