This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, enthusiastic and experienced leader to join our school. We are looking for a non-class based deputy headteacher to join our team.

We are seeking a senior leader with passion, drive and a strong understanding of effective teaching and learning. We want to appoint a practitioner with a passion for improving educational outcomes for all children. We welcome applicants who will complement our school team; bring new ideas and join us on the next stage of our journey forwards. In the past year we have become a Monster Phonics flagship school in recognition of our outstanding phonics teaching. There is potentially a very exciting leadership opportunity for the right candidate to facilitate support to other schools in the region. Hall Green Infant School is a four form entry school with a nursery class and was graded “good” in its last Ofsted inspection. Our pupils come from diverse backgrounds; their behaviour is excellent and they enjoy learning. The staff team are friendly and work hard to serve our children and to bring about the very best outcomes.

We have a number of areas for leadership, and we are willing to be flexible for the right candidate so you are invited to express your areas of interest and expertise.
